Want To Make Some Money? Buy the Joker’s Daughter, If You Can Find It
This week we saw the last batch of villain books from DC comics. All month long we have seen 12 issues per week priced at $3.99 featuring 3D lenticular covers. These issues have been selling like hotcakes, mostly because of the lack of actual copies being shipped versus what was actually ordered by a store.
Diamond Distribution has been allocating lower amounts of every DC villain books this month. Although shops ordered 10, some stores have received as low as three.
Typically these comics go to a store’s subscribers first or to their best customers, making it difficult to find a copy. Mix that mess in with the newest possible sensation for DC comics and you get what is happening with the Joker’s Daughter.
Multiple copies have been showing up on eBay and selling as high as $150-$200 per copy!
So my recommendation is to somehow, someway find a copy of Joker’s Daughter #1 with a 3D cover and either hold onto it or sell that puppy fast! The regular 2D cover will also be a hot item, being that it is the first full appearance of this character. Last month I told you to get her first cameo appearance in Catwoman #23. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!
